Connect Your Telnyx Account

Before making calls, you'll need to link your Telnyx credentials:

Prepare Your Contact List

Create a CSV file with your contacts. Only phone is required β€” all other fields are optional but enhance personalization.

Column Required Purpose
phone number Required Phone number to call (also accepts: phone, mobile, number)
name Optional Used in greeting ("Hi John...")
title Optional Job title / role (also accepts: job title, role, position)
company Optional Company name (also accepts: organization, business)
email Optional Email address for follow-up
industry Optional Industry/sector β€” customizes the pitch
location Optional City/region β€” mentioned in intro
priority Optional high/medium/low β€” determines call order

Upload & Preview Contacts

After uploading your CSV, you'll see a preview panel before starting:

Download Results

When your campaign ends (completed or stopped), you can download the results:

Exported CSV includes:

  • All original contact fields (name, phone, company, etc.)
